The International Space Station (ISS) is one of humanity's most remarkable accomplishments. It is a sophisticated laboratory in space, pushing the boundaries of research in biology, materials science, medicine, chemistry and Earth observation. Only a select few ever get to participate...until now.
Space Station Academy takes you on a simulated mission to space. This on-line course features state-of-the-art technologies and direct engagement with astronauts and scientists. Looking back at Earth from space provides a powerful new perspective, and the innovations that make it all happen will enhance your interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). The countdown has started. Join us for lift off!
While the duration of this mission is expected to take four weeks, it is self-paced and participants may start any time between June 22nd and August 17th, and finish any time on or before Aug 31st.
